Limitation on non US account

Hi Guys & Girls,

My account was limited almost 2 years ago. I live in South Africa, and have tried numerous times to sort this out, and spent a lot of money in the process...

The last communication I had with a paypal agent, they said that I can only withdraw my funds into a US bank account. which seems ridiculous given I am not in the US. I tried a Payoneer account, but get an error everytime I try link that. 

I need a solution to get my funds out of Paypal.

Any guidance or assistance appreciated.

Hey Sharpiemarker,

Yeah I have done, and am accustomed to withdrawing funds to my local account. As it was explained, due to the limitation, I am now ONLY able to withdraw to a US bank account. Crazy, this feels like theft, as they just seem completely unwilling to assist or find a solution...
