Limitation on account ( provide supplier information)

I started selling baseball cards on eBay and all of the sudden it says provide supplier receipts. I don’t even know what that Means I don’t have a supplier I’m selling my own baseball cards to whoever buys them on eBay

Write a letter explaining why you don't have supplier invoices, pdf it and upload it to the case.
