I have had a limitation on my eBay account for over 2 weeks now.
I have provided a photo ID, bank account, credit card, debit card but am still unable to pay for anything with Paypal.
I go to the Resolution Centre then go to the Accounts Limitations link which says I have no open or closed cases.
When i click on the link to Resolve the issue I continually get the message -

We're reviewing your info and we'll get back to you in
2-4 business days.
Once your identity is confirmed, you can use your account to
enjoy unlimited send and receive transactions.
This is after two weeks of waiting.
I rang the <removed> number this morning and have still not got a call back after 4 hours. I've had enough of this pathetic service / company and I want to close my account once I have removed the funds. Can anyone give me an idea of how much longer I need to wait for some attention?
