Limitation issues

This is the 2nd time paypal put limitation on my account need verify. I have sent PASSPORT photographs. email pin numbers. texted pin numbers and i get told to send picture of utility bill. Ok screen shot because all mine are electronic billing. The paypal rep asked me for a copy of my billing statement on my prepaid paypal. Someone please help. Also my information i uploaded is showing up loaded but not in queries. My daughter sent me money and cant get it. Help please

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
