Has anyone else had limitation put on you account? Possibly form applying for a PayPal debit card? Now I don't want anything to do with pay pal because this experience has been so bad. Cant wait for Ebay managed payments to be fully online so i dont have to deal with them. customer service number is very unhelpful. They wont give me a reason. The person I spoke to was rude. Basically told me tough cookies and it is permanently ruining my Ebay seller account because I had to cancel about 10 actions midway through and that had finished. Made a lot of people that won actions and cant pay very upset.
