Limitation after failing to re-confirm identity

Hi, I got this notification on my paypal account about "Account limitation" today and I need to confirm my identity on the dashboard. However, it's done 2 week ago, I've sent out proof of identity & address. Also, I keep reading this message when I clicked on Dashboard "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days." But they never got back to me, and it has been 2 weeks now. My account had been limited and I cannot withdraw funds now, and they are telling me to send the documents before 4 December, or else they are going to further limit my account. I have already sent the documents 2 weeks ago as I previously mentioned.

 

What should I do? I have tried contacting them via FB and twitter but have not received any responses yet.
