Hi I have been trying to transfer my balance to y bank account. It allowed me to transfer some of my balance but after completing the transfer I have been unable to withdraw any further funds and am being shown the above reference. When I click resolve I am then told that my account is back to normal however the notification about limitation is still there and I am unable to withdraw my balance. The limitation is something to do with confirming my personal details which I did however I am no longer being given any options of what information I need to provide. I have tried messaging an agent but have not heard from them and am so far unable to raise a resolution case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
