So they limited my account bc of weird goings-ons with one of my debit cards. It happens to be the emerald card from h&r block that I get my in taxes loaded onto. Anyways they want to verify its mine ( "h&r block client" is the cardholder name, I think I put my name). The problem is that I don't have enough money to cover the small charge on that card. Do how to get verif rd of I can't put more money on that card.... Only the bank can.
