Hey. I have a problem and I can’t get my money into my bank account. It says about a limit and I have to send some files about my address. I send them and they tell me that they don’t recognize them. Someone help me please I need those money

Hello, you would need to upload proof of adress it seems like.

This is easily done with a statement or a bill that is in your name and your adress.

For example and eletrical bill or phone bill that is sent to you. 

You can upload this to http://www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc.

Please also send an message to the message center where you describe your problem and that to tell them you have uploaded the correct documents.
