Hey @KMICHELE,
It sounds like you may be trying to remove your account limitation. Is that correct? If so, you can click on the bell icon at the top right next to the "Logout" button in order to access your Resolution Center. Once there, you should see any current restrictions and whatever we're requesting to resolve it. Once the information is reviewed, we'll email you either requesting more details, or that the restriction is resolved. I hope this helps!
