Lifting the account limitation

Hi

I have received several emails from PayPal saying that I am 20 quid from my spending limit. I've tried to address the issue several times, resubmitted my bank details and messaged Chat. It is learning every day, but as yet, it isn't trained to help me with my question and could I rephrase? I've finally found the four digit code next to a transaction, but can't find what I'm supposed to do with it and I'm at the end of my tether.  If anyone could help me,  I would be very grateful! Thank you
