Hi received two of these teddy's from china nothing like what was advertised complained to ebay and although the company agreed with me PayPal has said it is not covered after offering me a partial refund.now the case is closed and as much as I try to contact paypal I am getting no reply only it is ineligible?I must say I think my treatment is abysmal
