I had filed a dispute against a purchase where the seller turned out to be a chinese scammer. There wasn't even a confirmed order after paypal checkout completed. Paypal still denied the dispute over a technicality. Because i filed it as a billing issue. There were no categories to fit fraud. The seller never responded to the dispute. And i even presented clues and evidence that Paypal could've easily found had they investigated like they claim they do. They didn't secure my account. As a bank, they are aiding criminals. And i believe we need to for a class action against them.
