Last Straw: Extremely Stupid System of Limitations.

I'll be brief, I'm sure every business account goes through a kind of limitation at some point. In my case, it was the account limitation and as usual, I submitted all the required documents and they were all accepted/completed but here comes the foolish part.

Since everything is done and submitted, the only thing they emailed me to get resolved are the Open Dispute Cases and since PayPal limitation doesn't allow you to transfer money out of the account to fulfill new orders nor does it allow you to refund customers so you are basically stuck in this cycle of stupidity caused by their own system. Can't remove limitations because of disputes, can't get rid of disputes because of limitations. I've called customer support many times and you get the usual excuse of 24 hours - 72 hours, get the review team to look at it, etc. Fine but I waited more than 4 days (96 hours) and still no reply so I contacted support, again and again, the same excuses.

So tell me PayPal how the f*** am I going to fulfill the disputed orders when the money you're holding is cashflow for fulfilling new ones if your half-witted system is operating in such an inefficient manner and I can safely say that I'm not the only one tired of this fiasco.

Also what's even more brainless is the fact that the money held is money accrued from ALREADY-SHIPPED AND COMPLETED orders. So for god's sake remove my limitations so I can fix this **bleep** you put me in and then you can put back the limitation on me.

True, its the pits to be limited, yet on the other hand, you are supposed to have some capital on hand to take care of expenses normally anyway, not run your business payment by payment or this is what you'll experience when PayPal suddenly limits your account. Invest some money to make it back or you won't survive.

Call customer service and ask how you can resolve these disputes. Ask if you can just refund the buyers from the funds that are on hold because really that's what the PayPal holds are for, in case buyers report a problem.
