I opened a dispute about an item I bought that didn't work properly .The seller asked Paypal to escalate it to a claim and they asked the seller for further info giving him until 10th July to respond.
Does this deadline include the 10th July or does it mean the seller has to respond by the end of 9th July?

Normally Paypal review /refund within 48 hours of the deadline being met.
However.........
Lots of posts citing long delays on claims being resolved in the last week.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
