Exactly the same happened to me, i also received a swim ring instead of a hot tub. They have agreed to refund my money if i send it back. How much will that cost me ???????
Well I’ve received what I think is my order today and it is also a swimming doughnut ring!!!!!! Doesn’t say who it is from on the package just a returns address to third party unit!

There isn’t one! Everything is done through third party! I got a card in mine with a customer contact service email but I’ve emailed it and got nothing back. Won’t allowed me to add the email address to this message
