My paypal account was limited because i created my account with my gaming name as I didnt think about ill be having a problem in the future. So the balance of my account has been hold for 180 days and i dont know how to correct my name as it wont let me change the name to my real name. I have 0 disputes. Please help me what should i do with my case.
If you’re not able to change the name at all because of the limitation then the money would be stuck as you cannot prove you are who you say you are since you used a false name on account.
But how do i prove it sir? Because when i try to file a request, it requires a copy of legal document from "court" that i had legally changed my name. I just mistakenly used a false name on my account, did not change my real name.
