My account (10+ years old) has sadly become limited due to some bank chargebacks, paypal wants me to "verify my card with a 4 digit code" but my cards which are listed in this very nice and simple way of getting my funds back are all closed obviously due to the nature of the chargebacks. WHAT THE **bleep** DO I DO ?
