Hello PayPal Community:
I just recently received a notice from PayPal that I had temporary account limitations placed on my account. No details as to what purchase I made that prompted this. I immediately started gathering any/all receipts that I had used Paypal payment for. I provided my ID and receipts. Once I submitted those documents, I discovered a couple recent receipts that I had overlooked. When I tried to submit those, the Paypal system said I had already submitted info (which I had), but wouldn't let me submit additional info, which I feel is important. How is this done?
