I have been scammed by Jinzhou, I ordered a large outdoor movie screen & projector. They sent me a small box which I have not opened from NY. They are telling PayPal they will refund my money if I return the package to China. The package is not from China and I am not paying to return this item. I see that I am not the first PayPal customer that they have scammed. Why won't PayPal flags these scammers to protect their customers. I'm having a very hard time with this message system. I need to speak to customer service which is impossible!!
