So my account is limited because of something that isn’t my fault. It happened in January when I wasn’t 18 yet so I couldn’t really do anything. I turned 18 a week ago and I’ve been looking forward to this because I want to fix my account. I uploaded the files that paypal needed for my account to be verified and be fixed. However, it’s been more than 3 days since I uploaded those files. I did it last week, maybe March 16/17. I also emailed them 2 days ago but I haven’t heard anything. Tried calling them but I had to wait for an hour and I told them to call me back but they never did. Help please. I just want to send money to my friend in Canada.
