Your automated system closed the dispute in favor of the seller when I was reporting to them that what they sell is a totally different product from the one they present in the videos and describe. I mention that it is a scam and the seller knows how you work and takes advantage of you and customers to scam and deceive you. This company is scamming Paypal customers and the system notices that it protects the seller. My Bank already took action on this. It is very sad that Paypal allows this for this reason I will close my account with you since you allow these scams and it is not fair. God bless you and he will make the best decision regarding this very blatant scam.
