I purchased a shirt with the grinch on it. 11.16. The company said it would be mailed with 5 business days. They said they were in CA. They charged my PayPal right away. Never shipped never shipped. When I made claim to PayPal they came up with a fake usps number and said it was shipped. I escalated claim. I have waited now now since 12.12. They said they would refund. They keep moving date 1 week more 1 week more. The rep told me if not received by 1.1 they would settle claiming my favor .. now its 1.17. I use PayPal for protection from these scammers. Is anyone else going through this???
