Hi, my account has a temporary limitation on it.

I'm not sure why, but i have submitted all the required information stated, however one of them is not working for me.

-It is the one thats says 'confirm identity'. When i click resolve, it takes me to a page that says 'were sorry we can't move your account forward.' How do I complete this task of 'confirm your identity' so I can get my account back to normal?
