KYC not completed even after more than a month

I get below notice even after a month of submitting the doc. In the check list of document All are ticked green. Would appreciate any help.

 

"To receive both local and international payments, please provide your business information along with KYC documents."

I'm sorry to hear this hasn't been resolved. Have you received an update email since completing the steps to work towards resolving this? If not, please contact our support team by scrolling to the bottom of any page on our site, selecting the Contact link, and following the steps to Contact Us so we can look into this.
