Has anyone had a horible experience with PayPal in trying to get money back from a seller when the seller didnt send the right item? Item not as described! I have been working on this for months. Now in order to get my money back I am be told I have to send it back to some place in China. The thing came out of Indiana here in the States. All PayPal could say is try some place where they only charge 30.00 to return an item or some monkey site. What kind of safety is there in using PayPal when they wont help you when you get ripped off!!!
