Hi @joegold88 thank you for reaching out to PayPal Community Forum. If you still haven't received your order at this time and unable to contact the seller, you can file a dispute with PayPal. As long as you paid for goods and services you have PayPal Purchase Protection. PayPal we'll help you in getting a refund from the seller once you're dispute has been escalated to a claim. After you filed a dispute in Resolution Center you can escalate it to a claim after 7 days from the transaction date if it is for "Item Not Received" case. I added a link that will help you in filing a dispute. https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/i-didn't-receive-my-item-or-it's-different-than-describe... If this post or any other was helpful, you may enrich the community by giving kudos or accepting it as a solution.Stay safe and take care.

This is so confusing. I do understand you want to help, until now I was under the impression I was waiting until further notice or a period of days the seller has to do nothing before I can continue the refund request? I believed was already underway? What would be helpful is an update regarding my refund. Also the refunds of all the people ripped off and awaiting the funds to be returned. It is blinding obvious there is fraudulent activity during a difficult time and much like the government your response is slow, confusing and missing the point. Can I get an update on my refund, how much longer until you refund as the seller is not going to respond. Thanks, Joe

Hi thanks for your immediate response,if your case is currently open you can check the status of your dispute in Resolution Center. If you don't have any response from the seller you can escalate it to PayPal for us to contact the merchant again. Once the case has been escalated we normally give them 10 days to respond and failure to do so will lead to closing the case on the buyer's favor. However, since there are lots of complaints against this seller I suggest please contact us directly. You can go to our official website paypal.com,at the bottom you'll see Contact. You'll be directed to Contact us page wherein you can choose the available option to get in touch with a customer service. You can ask the csr to check for possible fraud trend, once it's verified or confirmed the dispute specialist can adjudicate your claim as soon as possible. It'll reduce your waiting time because even if seller is still not responding but all of her/his transactions have been reported and there's a fraud trend,we are capable to reverse the payment. It just happened that I don't have access at this time to pull up your account. Actually, all of us on this forum don't have an access to your account that's why it's really best to contact our customer service directly.

PayPal I did this and you came back to say the site was ok. As I am unable to talk to anyone to discuss this properly I have been in limbo waiting for someone from PayPal to help. I was scammed in March.....look at how many people have been a victim now. PayPal is supposed to help protect us from this...I feel very let down as I am sure this entire strong of responses will agree

You won't get a response from Jokame. They are scammers. Launch an 'item not received' claim with PayPal. That's what I did. They gave Jokame a couple of weeks to respond (which they didn't - no surprise) and I got a refund. Money has now returned to my card a few days later. Thank you PayPal. I thought I'd lost £72.99 to these evil people
