Pay pal has declined my claim! $129.99 was taken out to pay ancestry.com.I don’t know what this was for and did not authorise it! Pay Pal says I did! I have contacted ancestry and they say they have NOT received this money either! Pay Pal won’t open the case because they have closed it! What do I do

This may have been caused by a hacker.

I would suggest changing your password or contact paypal directly about the issue
