My account has been limited about a month ago and I can’t get through to a customer service person to see what is happening, but I got a text message from a mobile number claiming to be PayPal to sort the problem! My question is do PayPal text by a uk mobile number or is this a scam and just by coincidence my account is limited at the minute?
