My account has been froze over 180 days and I have not seen no email to withdraw my funds and I called in and they saying I supposed to been withdrew my funds but they saying I have to wait for the email I need help its going on 196 days now
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
