Items not sent

I agreed on a price for items within a group on Facebook. The seller sent me a total cost along with his email address so that I could pay him with PayPal. This all took place on November 8th. I contacted him again on November 15th to ask about the items being shipped. He assured me that they would ship this week. I've tried to contact him again but no response. Can I get my money back through pay pal?

Depends what option you used when you paid, as long as you did NOT use the friends/family option then yes.

Go click on the transaction and use the report a problem issue bottom of that details page to open a dispute for non receipt of item.
