Items not received but site refuses to cancel

I purchased some lights from a company called beautiful halo on the 6th August. They are still not with me. I disputed the transaction with then bank and then with PayPal. Because I’ve raised this with the bank PayPal advise they cannot assist. The bank has refunded the money however the store is entitled to contest the dispute! I’m worried if they do I am left paying £135 for goods not received. I’ve asked the site to cancel around 10 times but they ignore my requests and keep telling me I must keep waiting! (It’s been 52 days and counting...) Their site advises 7-9 days for production and then 14 days for delivery. I no longer want the lights- We’ve had to buy more as have waited too long. Can anyone advise if there’s anything I can do apart from waiting and hoping the company doesn’t challenge the disputed payment.
