I bought 3 X 17inch baby dolls and accessories from Neutron trade - but received 1 X 4inch ornament. I disputed it but even after supplying numerous emails from trader saying they would send correct items - my dispute was declined saying I didn't supply extra info which was a complaint lodged with Internet Crime compliant center. I did do this but haven't had an answer yet so couldn't fwd it to Paypal. To me this is outright fraud and I am concerned other older Nanas will have their grandchildren upset at not receiving their gifts. Especially as they are still advertising them and have a big Paypal logo on ad. Not sure where to complain now as I am in New Zealand
