Items never received

So my husband placed an order through a link on FB using PayPal but he didn't go through our account. He never received the item. Is there any way to dispute this & get a refund? TIA!

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.


Advice is voluntary.

I also bought an item on a fb add but used my PayPal. I never received my item. The seller would not contact me until I filed a dispute through PayPal. PayPal never gave my refund and yet told me to look for my own package. I’m so disgusted with PayPal. They have not helped me at all. No product and no refund!!

**bleep** YOU PAY PAL! I ORDERED ON OCT 7TH, ANS STILL WAITING. ITS NOW DEC. 10TH!! ITS OBVIOUS BY THE TRACKING, IT NEVER ARRIVED. RIP OFF. JUST KEEP GETTING INCOMPETENT CUST SERVICE REPS.
