yes I ordered a ear bud via https://www.leftovern.site/  and the merchant is newtron trade  , online newtron.

What I received after about 30 days is just one ear bud and something very cheap nothing that I ordered.

 

I was told by the Paypal to all report thsi to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx/

I fell for this scam and ordered shoe racks and ended up getting insoles. I am currently going back and forth with them to get my money back. And all they could say is close the dispute!

 

I don't understand why PayPal is even allowing scammers like this to use their platform. I only went ahead because it was a PayPal transactions.

i to have been done by NEWTRON trading, How can they keep doing this, I ordered and paid for  $38 STEADY GIMBAL and received a $2 phone stand. 
I only received this the day before my dispute time ran out. 
I will see what happens from here
How can they keep getting away with this before patpal close them down?

Email them and demand a full refund.  It worked for me.  I ordered a travel bag with wheels and a pair of glasses in a case came -- 3 months later!

i orderd a LED standing light and they sent me some stupid USB **bleep** light for a laptop or some **bleep**

I emailed to let them know. Surprisingly, they're very responsive. I bought a travel bag, I received a pair of glasses 🤦🏻‍ They offered: - to send me the bag (they'll pay for shipping -- how generous) OR - refund me 60 % of what I paid I said, "it's your fault and I want a full refund. I have been waiting for this bag stove since June and this is what arrives. You need to give all my money back." They just wrote back that they will refund the full amount in the next 3 days. We'll see.

How lucky you are! I have talked to them and they ask me to post back the item or they will only give me 40% refund. I decided to wait for new shipment and they disappeared.

Argh!  So frustrating, isn't it?  I'd email them again and be direct and say in caps "I want a full refund, please. This is unacceptable."
