Hi everyone I ordered an item more than one month ago. I kept receiving my following Ebay orders without problems from other sellers. I contacted recently the seller asking for a refund as I did not receive my item. Seller updated shipping info telling me Royal Mail was waiting for me to pick the parcel from depot. I have never received any card so I couldn't pick any parcel. I asked seller if she got back the stuff, she did not answer. I opened dispute with Ebay, in spite of she got my parcel back and there is proof of it according to the Tracking service, she never contacted me or offered refund and according to Ebay I am not eligible for refund. So basically she can keep my money and the item. I think this is fraud and so shameful. Ebay closed the case, I have opened one now with PayPal... Any advice please?
