Item sold on eBay, left positive review and is using the camera happy, why is my money on hold

What kind of scam is Pay Pal running, My buyer has left a positive review and using the item I sold and I have nothing just money on hold. What kind of scam is this? Money on hold? The customer is happy and I have nothing.
