I ordered some Christmas items and the seller shipped them USPS. They are delayed in transit. I reached out to the seller, just to let them know. They said sorry we are not responsible after we ship the product. I am willing to give them time to arrive but can I get resolution involved if I don't ever receive my product.

If they accept paypal then yes they are responsible, if you don't get the item then open a dispute for non receipt of item.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
