I have an item that was far from what was shown that I wanted a refund on. Unknown to me until it was ordered, it is from China. I opened a dispute, and after a month, the seller agreed to a refund if item is returned. The item is useless, and they want me to pay to have it shipped back to China...I am already out almost 27.00, so paypal feels it is fair for me to loose more money? Had I known this was a transaction based in China, It would have never been initiated
