Item received is significantly not like described

I purchased some 3D printed parts from a seller in a facebook group.  I made the purchase through paypal because it was my understanding that paypal provides some recourse.  The items that were received are not at all what we agreed upon.  I attempted to start a case in the resolution center, but the only option is to report unauthorized activity...which this clearly doesn't apply.  

 

What can I do to get my money back?  Im about to contact wells fargo to reverse this transation with paypal, but wanted to come here first.
