Can anyone help me with a purchase I made online? The receipt shows through paypal. When I call paypal customer service is not available and when I email I do not get a reply from the merchant. Paypal doesn't recognize the transaction. I also email through the site I order from. Is anyone familiar with this merchant:

You'll have to file a dispute from your card issuer instead. Typically, you'd contact PayPal customer service and provide the receipt ID number to open a dispute but response is take longer these days.
