Very frustrating sale. Buyer raised a case against me after waiting for the item for two days!! The click and collect number was new to me and didn't add it. The buyer said they had rejected it as a result and sent it back to me. I had to refund but now dont have the item either! Doubley out of pocket. Where do I stand?
Also two separate items purchased. Both of low quality so returned to sender. My error, I didn't run past Paypal first so after raising a case it on the first one it was dismissed in favour of the seller......grrr......we learn by our mistakes.
Why would you issue a refund before the buyer returned the item?
