Item not showing in archive

I made a purchase feb 22 and still haven't received it, I went to look it up in my PayPal purchases and it wasn't there so I looked in my bank account and it showed the money was taken out threw PayPal. So now I'm out my money and item. What can I do to resolve this ?

If you paid as a guest buyer and did not log into your paypal account to pay and need to open a dispute for a transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
