Item not shipped

I bought an item and I got a FedEx tracking, but the item was not shipped. I can't seem to get a resolution from paypal on this erroneous transaction. The lack of customer service is very troublesome Total lack of service

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

 

If you have disputed the transaction on your PayPal account, the seller would be required to provide valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to your location. if the claim is still open, please check the case for an estimated resolution date.
