Hi, I was purchase some sneakers on my friend address in Italy.After 23 days from my order i didnt get any confirmation mail, notification or information about package.Payment was authorized. I purchase from footlocker.it like a guest with mail like i use on paypal.
After all my sent mails on footlocker mail and contacting PayPal resolution center i didnt recived any answer about this problem.
Resolution center message sent 7 days ago, footlocker mail sent 9 days ago.
Any help or solution is welcome.
