Hi all im after some advice I purchased an item off ebay and never recieved it the seller had given me the tracking information so I called the company to see where it was and they didnt know so offered to refund it they gave me a consignment number and a telephone number to give to the seller as only he could recieve the refund i contacted the seller through ebay and gave him all the details but he will not phone them ive opened disputes but as he has the tracking info they keep closing the case what can i do?
