I purchased an item, and notice the other day it hasn't came, so i file a dispute about not receiving my item. Then they closed it and said that the item was received at such and such time. But at first i was provide with a short tracking number, so when i wen to go track it, it said it couldn't be tracked. So when i received my dispute results the other day, they provide me with another tracking id, and this time i was able to track it. It said it was delivered 2 days ago, and that the driver met with the women. I was home at that time and i never met with anyone nor received anything. I filed a claim with ups, so is there anything else i could do???
