Hi, I ordered a memorial painting of my two rats on 12/02/2018 from “what the fox” the lady was going to paint this. However I have been waiting a year for this and I have been emailing her a lot through the past year and her response is “it will be done soon. Just need to finish the last little bit off” which in reply I have said is fine I just need a realistic time frame and in response I just get the same answer. I have tried contacting her again in the last four months and have got no answer back from her this has been ongoing. I would please like a refund if possible.
Unfortunately, you only have 180 days from date of payment to file a dispute with PayPal on the transaction. If you paid with a credit card, contact card issuer to see if they will do a chargeback for you on the payment.
