I order one authentication service online three weeks ago and did not get any response from the seller, so I opened a dispute at that time. After that, they start to contact me and ask me to close the dispute. And then disappeared again in a week's time. Now I could not contact them since they don't reply to my emails. I wish I could get a refund or at least let me know the result of this service. I wonder what can I do at this time? It seems I can't open a dispute twice. Thank you.
