Ordered item from onbuy.com for my dad. He paid by debit card and used paypal as a guest. The item did not arrive so tried to open a dispute but even when I put in transaction number it is no where on paypal. onbuy have told me exactly what to do as they are covered by Buyer Protection with paypal, however, I have followed all that and nothing. I believe the seller is not legitimate as there was another person who had the same experience as I did and I have told onbuy this but they don't seem bothered. Can anyone help please.
